Jiuzhaigou is a nature reserve located in the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province, China. It is a karst freshwater lake area with over 100 large and small swamps at an altitude of 2000m to 3400m.
The lake is said to have a blue color to it, and it is known that the water looks blue even in very shallow waters
Jiuzhaigou is a vast area with a one-way distance of more than 30km to the innermost part. The roads and promenades are complete, and you can take a sightseeing tour using the Jiuzhaigou Green Bus, a low-pollution bus that uses natural gas.
