The Škocjan Caves, located in the Kras region in southern Slovenia, located in Central Europe, are magnificent scale caves registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1986.
First of all, I will take a train from Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, for about 2 hours and head to Divacha station. There is a free shuttle bus when you arrive at the station, so please take a minibus and aim for “Skocjan Caves”.
After about 10 minutes, you will arrive at the information center, where you can purchase your admission ticket. Buses and trains are also possible, but many customers use rental cars to visit.
