The Valley of Orcia extends from Mount Amiata, located in the southern part of the province of Siena, Italy, to the valley of Chiana, with gently sloping hills and hills stretching from Radicofani to Montalcino.
The local name is ‘Val d’Orcia’, which means ‘Valley of Orcia’.
The Valley of Orcia has also become an important “Nature, Art and Culture” park, and was declared a UNESCO World recognized as heritage.
