Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Corfu, of which it is a municipal unit.It is located northwest of Corfu. Population 631 (2001). In the 19th century the island used to be the capital of the Diapontia Islands Municipality, which consisted of the islands of Fano, Marlera and Mathrachi. Most of the island’s inhabitants can trace their origins to Paxoi Island as people from Paxoi were settled in Fano beginning in the 1570s by Venice. Howdy! I know this is kinda off topic but I was wondering
which blog platform are you using for this site? I’m getting fed up of WordPress
because I’ve had problems with hackers and I’m looking
at options for another platform. I would be fantastic if you could point
me in the direction of a good platform.
